As a self taught photographer, videographer, instrumentalist and writer/poet. Lauren Flippen got her start with the arts very early. With parents that placed her in multiple genres of dance classes starting at just the age of four years old, she was able to first establish her very first creative outlet that then led to the introduction of many others. Dominating in every sport and excelling in school in the early stages of her life, it was no doubt that she possessed the ability to excel in any and everything that she put her mind to.

Lauren began her photography/videography journey in 2018 during her sophomore year at Bowie State University. She began taking photos and videos at campus events and making vlogs on her Youtube channel including dorm tours and vlogs from within her HBCU’s marching band in which Lauren was a member of their colorguard auxiliary team. During her years at Bowie State University, she was also apart of her schools theatre department where she studied acting, directing and stage management. Lauren also held roles in multiple productions while simultaneously beginning to pave the way for her own newly established production company, Lauren Ashley Studios Inc. The company officially became an LLC. on February 29th, 2021. Now being formally Known as Lauren Ashley Studios Inc. LLC

Lauren is an artist from Maryland who is passionate about her creative work in media production.
